Joanna Krautscheid began playing volleyball in the 4th grade, and began playing club volleyball in high school. Joanna played Intercollegiate Club Volleyball at Washington State University where her team took 5th place at NIRSA in 2001. Since Jr. High she hasn't missed a season either playing or coaching.

This will be JOanna's 9th season coaching club volleyball, and she has also coached six seasons of high school volleyball. Joanna assisted at Gar-Pal High School in 2004 where the Vikings won the State B Tournamanet with a record of 33-0. Joanna is IMPACT and CAP I certified and is hoping to take CAP II certification courses this year.
LeeAnn Kronschnabel is a graduate of the Unviersity of Wyoming with a Bachelors degree in Education and a minor in nursing. She has been coaching athletes for over twenty-one years. Her experiences in coaching encompass the sports of gymnastics, soccer, basketball, and volleyball.

Coach K has worked with a variety of age groups ranging from preschool through high school. Currently she is employed by the Clark County School District where she has been teaching since 1990. In addition, Coach K is presently the girls volleyball varsity assistant at Faith Lutheran Jr./Sr. High School and has been there for the last five years.
Sharia Washington (formerly Bryant) is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in International business. She played OH/MH for the Temple Volleyball program under coach Bob Bertucci. While at Temple she earned all A-10 conference and AVCA all district honors in 1997, tournament MVP in 1997 and continues to rank 8th on the all time kills list with 1,403. During her time at Temple and beyond she worked with coach Bertucci as an instructor for camps and clinics and learned his philosophies and training techniques.

Following college she took time off from volleyball to be a full time mom and is now excited to be back participating in the sport she loves. She is married and has 3 children.
